Apple A1016 Wireless Keyboard unable to power up.

there was no convenient manner to handle the wired KB and i was finding it difficult with it and ended with all messing up of wires, so i decided to purchase a new Apple with A1016 Wireless KB . however i realized that it was not in working condition and it wont power up and as a reason finding difficult to pair with Macbook Pro. can you help me in this issue as i am finding to hard to resolve it.

i think here in this case the first thing you should do is by checking icon of the bluetooth whether it is appearing or not. if you are finding it difficult to make the connections then you should take the KB to the nearest apple store so that you will be able to understand the connection .

there is no need to get in the apple store as i will provide the setup guide for your wireless KB.
FIRSTLY to turn it on, Press and then release the On/Off switch present on the keyboard .
follow the onscreen instructions which will be present in the Setup Assistant and you will enable your KB working.
