Swollen battery in the logitech Harmony one

Actually I bought the Logitech harmony one for myself just two months back, but from past week what I’m noticing is that the battery of the harmony one is swollen so what I need to know that what should I do to get the battery of the device normally. As the battery cannot hold for more time after charging it full. So do anyone know about this what should I do for this.

Even … I’m having the similar problem of the battery getting swollen, as seeing this am amazed about Logitech providing with the poor battery quality, since I have bought the device recently and didn’t expect the battery to get drained easily in few hours after fully charging of battery. As one of my friend suggested me to contact the Logitech care for the issue.

See as you are saying that you are facing the issue of the battery getting swollen then I must say that you should try replacing the battery with the new one. And check after whether you are getting the proper battery backup or not after charging.

If you are having problem with the battery getting swollen then for this I would say that you have to get your battery replaced as you have mentioned that your battery is swollen and also drains easily after charging the battery. As earlier I had the same problem for the device and when contacted to the Logitech care they suggested me to replace the battery of the device as it was swollen. So I did the same and after which till the date I never had the issue of the battery.

So my advice to you is that it is better to change the battery as your harmony one device battery is swollen.

Before contacting to the support care I would like to know is that, as I have recently bought the device for myself and it has been just two months, so I would like to know will the battery be covered in the warranty because I don’t want to spend extra bucks for the replacing with the new battery, so want to know can I replace the battery if the device comes in the warranty.

If your device comes in the warranty than I would say that there are chances that you can get the battery replaced free of charge. But it would be better if you contact to the support care of the Logitech for this query, but as far as I know you will get your battery replaced free of charge if the battery comes within the warranty period.
