Is 1100 watt PSU enough to power 3 Nvidia 580 and Intel core i7 2600?

Guys I want to ask this question with you all my graphic card consumes almost 280 watts per card and also my i7 2600 consumes upto 150W. so what I want to say is that do the existing PSU that I have is enough or should I add some extra psu for that. I have no problems in adding one more ps in my system but the thing is that how will I be able to put it, I mean I am not getting the way by which I will be able to put inside it, anyways what do you all have to say about the same that’s what I want to ask it from you all, so if you all have some replies for the same then do reply accordingly on the same. I am waiting for the response from your side. So do reply accordingly.

Dude if you can afford 3 sli’s then I would advise you to sell the existing psu and rather get a good psu that will supply you more power then the existing one I think that would be the convenient option for you to work o, so that’s what I want to say here. I hope you did understand what I am saying here, so please go and get a new psu that has the maximum power supplying capacity rather then settling with the existing one. So that’s it from my side for you.

I would say probably buying a 1200W would be a better option for you to go with that’s what I feel here, so that’s what I want to say here. now what I am saying is that try and allow to use the GTX580 till 280W, I think that would be a convenient option for you to go with, also I would say that try and restrict the rest of the system in using 300W and not more than that, if you can succeed in that then 1100WE Psu would be enough for you to go with it, that’s what I think here, so that’s it from my side for you all.

I just got a Thermaltake TP-1500M 1500W and I must say that is very much powerful and looking at the config that you have mentioned even I find myself in a very similar situation as yours, so that’s what I was thinking to suggest you this particular psu, I think that would be the best part for you. So hope you have got the necessary message about the same, that’s it from my side for you all and anything else that you need to ask then please do feel free to ask here. I will try and answer it out for you, that’s it from my side.
