HP Deskjet D1660 not working properly

If you created LP and lpadmin groups and your user already belongs to them, I think you should not do anything else at this point. If you have properly installed the package hplip-3.10.2-3, do not know why then ask you to install python-qt4, it should have installed all the dependencies of this package they are testing.
