Getting black screen with Hp Touchsmart IQ770 Desktop

Hello guys I am using Hp Touchsmart IQ770 Desktop from last one year and all the things were working properly in my computer and some days before when I start my computer at that time only blue light turns on but nothing came up on screen. Now please tell me what should I do to solve this issue?

I have read your difficulty and after reading that I would like to suggest you to first turn off the computer completely and after that you have to disconnect all the cables and then connect it properly again. after that start the computer and then you have to check whether same problem is coming or not.

According to me instead of changing the CMOS battery you should try to solve this issue by this solution. first you have to turn off the computer completely and then you have to press the power button of your computer for one minute or more and after that you will see the oem logo and then you have to see whather computer starts properly or not.

I have searched on the internet and many users are facing the same problem with this computer and I have come to l know that problem is occurring because of the graphic card. If the graphic card goes bad then at that time also this type of problem can take place.

I have gone through the solution which you have given and I have first tried to solve this issue by pressing the power button for long time and as you have said I get the OEM logo on my screen and after that I have done some changes in the BIOS and after doing the changes in the BIOS when I restart the computer at that time it started properly and windows vista loads properly. Now problem is that some time while watching videos or any movies in my computer graphics does not appear properly. if anyone have solution regarding this then please help me.

it looks like the problem is coming because of the graphic drivers in your computer and to solve this graphic related issue you have to first uninstalled the graphic drivers from your Hp Touchsmart IQ770. After uninstalling the graphic drivers from your Hp Touchsmart IQ770 computer you have to reboot the computer and then you have to delete all the temporary files from the computer. Now you have to insert the driver CD in your computer and after inserting the driver CD you have to install the graphic drivers in your computer.
