Hp c310a printer prints only Blank Pages

I am using Hp c310a printer with my Dell laptop and I have windows 7 operating system in my laptop. My printer was working fine but suddenly it has started giving me some issues. First my laptop was not detecting my printer but after that I have solved that issue by connecting it to different USB port. Now whenever I try to print anything at that time my printer prints only blank page. Please tell me how to fix this issue.

Well first of all I will suggest you to try to solve this issue changing the printer cartridge and after changing the printer cartridge try to print anything and check whether it is printing properly or not. if you still face the same problem after changing the cartridge in your Hp c310a printer then I will suggest you that you can also try to solve this issue by reinstalling the printer drivers. Sometimes due to drivers issue also this type of problem can take place. Reinstall the printer driver and after that check whether it makes any difference or not.

I have solution to solve this issue. by doing the firmware update in your printer you can get rid of this issue. in my printer I was also facing the same issue and after that I have connect to the HP support and they told me to update the firmware. Now after that I have done firmware update and then my problem solved. You can also try this solution.

If you want to update the firmware of the Hp c310a printer then you have to follow these steps. Firs you have to turn on your printer and after that you have to tap on the setting or setup icon. Now after that you have to select Web option and after selecting web option you will find product updates option and you have to select that. Now tap on the check for the update option and after that touch on the yes option and it will start the update. You have to make sure that your internet connection is Ok and during the update process don’t turn off the printer.

As you have suggested your above reply that I can solve this issue by doing the firmware update in Hp c310a printer and after reading that I have done firmware update for my Hp c310a printer and after doing the firmware update when I have tried to print at that time it worked fine.
