Want to buy a new cpu under 19,000 Rs

Well, i am not so good in Hardwares so can't help you the best but as a tyr i can tell you that, recently one of my friend has bought a new PC in 20600/- along with LCD monitor. His config contains, 500 GB HDD, 2 GB Ram, Intel Core2Duo, Gigabyte Mobo, DVD drive. Its good enough.
