PTZ function does not work in Logitech Sphere webcam

Hi guys I am using Logitech Sphere webcam from last few months with my computer in which i have windows vista. My webcam was working properly with my computer and before some days I have installed updated driver for my webcam and installed it in my computer. Now after installing the latest drivers my system I have find that PTZ function is not working. Now please tell me what should I do to fix this issue? is this problem is occurring due to drivers?

Well according to me you should try to solve this issue by reinstalling the webcam driver in your computer. Sometime while upgrading the driver if any files gets crashed then this kind of problem can take place and that is why I am suggesting you this solution. First of all you have to remove the drivers from your computer and after that restart the computer and then install the drivers again your computer and then check whether you PTZ function start working or not?

Well I think you are trying to streaming above 640 x 480 resolution then you will not able to use the PTZ function because if the USB power limitations. First all you have to check the setting and if you found that resolution are more than 640 x 480 then change it first and after that check whether you are still getting same problem or not? I have tried so many different solutions to solve this issue but none of the solution helped me to fix this. After reinstalling the drivers also PTZ function is not working with my webcam. Now after that I have also checked all the setting in my computer but it doesn’t make any difference. Now please tell me what should I do to fix this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Well if you are not able to solve this problem by changing the setting also then I think you should switch back to the old drivers and after that check whether PTZ function is working normally or not? First you have to remove the updated drivers from your computer and after that install the previous drivers in your computer and after that check whether PTZ function works or not? Hopefully after performing this trick your problem will get solved.
