Does Logitech MX 5500 and MK710 combos are interoperable

Right now I own Logitech MX 5500 and MK710 combos both from different computers. I want to know whether these 2 combos are interoperable or not. I am talking in conditions of Bluetooth receiver. Do you think that the MX 5500's mouse can be operated with Unifying Receiver of MK710 furthermore MK710's mouse can be operated by receiver of MX 5500?

Nice development, but unfortunately it only works with certain products. They actually had the development of USB 3.0 also agree to consider a unified wireless USB standard, so that all wireless USB devices automatically contacting / with a universal standard USB wireless receiver. Kind of Bluetooth so, but directly with USB. Such a wireless USB receiver would default on a PC or laptop can sit down I think.

Logitech introduces a new way for notebook owners to wireless keyboards and mice to connect. With a universal USB receiver, the Unifying receiver, you can get to six Logitech wireless devices. The receiver is small and should be easily plugged to remain on a laptop. A big advantage of the universal receiver that multiple USB ports remain available, according to Logitech. Unifying the receiver is still suitable for use with four 4 products: the K350, the K340 Wifi Keyboard, the M705 plus M505 Mouse. More Logitech devices to add, the receiver comes with Unifying software. After completing a Roadmap is the product of choice quickly and easily connected, according to Logitech.

If you already have these keyboards and mice, you have the receiver already aware, however, I doubt these products are already available, since they just announced. The products mentioned are like some current products such as the K350 keyboard similar to the Wave keyboard. But even though the same appearance, the wireless technology is not.

There is already a universal receiver for keyboards and mice, namely Bluetooth. Well if they are for systems that do not have one Bluetooth transmitter feather meal, but just let them use Bluetooth instead of a proprietary protocol! Once pairing is established not to do anything else: the devices are recognized by the system without problems. The Unifying uses 2.4 GHz RF. it also includes 128-bit AES encryption for keyboards. Compatible with Windows and Mac users, Linux will still have to wait a bit.
