I think so single usb socket will be enough for you that has the capacity of powering up to 3.3V. I think one is quite efficient for you, there is no other reason why you should go with the other one that’s what I feel here and hence do watch out for the same. there are lot of factors that gets counted in when you are using the socket it one of them is how old is your SSD and does it have the capacity of transferring large files at a time. So these are some of the things that needs to be looked at. that’s what I feel here and hence do watch out for the same.

I really don’t think so Y cable with2 sockets is required. It is useful only in two conditions one of them is that if you are using low powered device and if you are using then you should make sue of the Y cable with2 sockets. Some high powered deioces like hard drives also the optical drive burners will require the single USB socket and also a single USB 2.0 port has the capacity of shelling out power of 600ma. Do look at it and I am sure that’s the perfect solution for you. so that’s what I am saying here. hope you did get the necessary information on the same.

Re: Some questions about the Runcore SSD USB Box cable

See if you are having a old computer then it will require y cable otherwise if you are having a new computer there is simply no need of having the under powered cable for that purpose. So that’s what I want to clear it out with you all. a single usb port is quite enough to power up the cable. Do not think much about the same and I am sure that all your confusions are over after having a look at our suggestions. That’s it from my side. In case you have any other doubt then do let me know about it.
