How to build 3D Modeling/Sculpting/Rendering based PC.

My friend recommended me to assemble a computer for his purpose that is he want the computer in the range of about 3000$ to 4000$ and the computer should be for 3D sculpting/modeling and rendering, video editing, & photo editing. So can anyone suggest me that what should be the configuration and what should be the system parts version or should I require higher components? Thanking all in advanced for helping me and giving me the suggestions and your precious time.

I will not make use of the gamming parts because the 3D modeling or the rendering is not the same as the game it is different from the gaming. In this you will require more Ram because if you don’t have enough RAM than I think that when you are rendering than you should be able to crash. And it is having the multi core performance and it is scaling linearly in the 3D rendering. And the GPU is only used for the live previews. And the actual moding is done on the GPU. In this the hard disk will not being concern because the performance advantage is in the animation.

I think that you should use the newer version of the Intel Core i7 Extreme 980X 6 Core 3.33GHz and you will require the PSU of about 850 watts is more than enough and I think that you should go for the 3way sli+ and you will require the operating system of windows 7 and the edition should be home premium. And the RAM should be about 16 GB this much RAM will require because it you don’t have this much RAM then the rendering will be crashed.

The video editing that is it must have the massive and many video files and it must be transferred and the transfer speed will help you to ton all the thing although the SSD is about 240 GB and this will not be enough. You have to take more storage power that is above 250 GB. I am not sure about which hard disk is the best but I would be going with the space with the speed for the hard disk.

I think that you should purchase the Ram preferable of 1536 or 2048 MB because I think that if you are having the RAM of 1024 then I think that this will crash the rendering option. I am currently using the ATI and it is having the best power and it is running cooler than the Nvidia radiation. If you are proffering the brands then I think that you should use the Nvidia I am having both but I will recommend you the Nvidia. Because the Nvidia driver is better than the ATI driver

From the discussion going on I think that you better use the operating system of Windows 7 and the Ram should be of 8 GB if you don’t have this simple things then I think that you should better purchase this and after that you should get the new graphics card such as the 260/280GTX & HD4850/70. And I think that you should get the Get an X48 or P45 mobo and then you can assemble o computer that will have 3D Modeling/Sculpting/Rendering

I think that you have to use the best power and it is running cooler than the Nvidia radiation and I think that you have to use the Nvidia and I think that require more Ram because if you don’t have enough RAM and I think that the storage power should be above 250 GB.
