HP 7350 printer is not working properly

I am using HP 7350 printer with my Compaq in which I am using windows 7. Before that I was using windows vista in my laptop and at that time my printer was working perfectly with my laptop. now whenever I give print command to print anything at that time printer just ejects the blank paper and then it says me thank you your print is completed. Please tell me what I should do to get it right. Please reply me with proper solution so I can fix this problem.

I have analyzed your problem and I think there is something wrong with your printer paper setting and that is why I would like to tell you to check your all the printer setting properly and if you found that your all the setting are perfect then I think you need to reset the printer. After resting the printer you will surly able to fix this issue. But before resetting the printer check all the setting. If you want to know anything more than please let me know.

If you don’t know about resetting the printer and if you finding difficulty with that then you have to follow this steps to reset your printer.

• First of all turn off your laptop and after that detach the communications cable from the printer but don’t turn off the printer.
• Now after doing that removes the cartridges of the printer. Now close the cover and wait till missing cartridges message come.
• Now disconnect the power cord from the printer for one minute and then connect it again.
• Now insert the cartridges again in your printer and after print the calibration page.
• After printing that reconnect the communication cable with your printer.

After that restart the laptop and it’s done.

If you are still facing the similar problem after trying above tricks then I think there is something wrong with your printer driver and it’s needed to be reinstalled. I was also facing the similar kind of problem with my printer and after that I uninstalled the driver and then installed it again. After reinstalling the driver i didn’t get any issue with my printer and I think you should also try same thing to fix your problem. I hope this trick will be helpful for you.

I have gone through your issue and I think first you have check your printer is working perfectly with other laptop or computer. If you have any other computer or laptops at your home or at your friends place then connect your printer with that and after that check whether your printer is working properly or not? If your printer is working properly then I think there is some wrong with your laptop. I think this will help you to detect the exact problem.

As you have said in your post to reinstall the printer driver after reading that I have uninstalled the driver and after that restart the laptop and install the driver again. But after doing that also I was facing the same kind of problem with my printer. After that I also tried to solve the problem by restating the printer and still no help from that solution also. Now please tell me what should I do to fix this issue? if you have any more solution then please give me.

If you have tried to solve the problem by reinstalling the driver and it didn’t make any difference for you then I think your printer driver needed to be updated. You have to visit the HP official site and from there you have to download the printer driver. I think after installing that your printer will start working properly. If that trick doesn’t work then I think you should visit the HP service center and there you will get proper solution. Hopefull after that printer start working again.
