Low level audio cutoff in CreativeLabs XFi-Titanium

I recently purchased a new Dell XPS 9100. I normally use my PC for gaming, chatting, internet surfing and especially for downloading movies. But yesterday I came across a strange issue while I was accessing my PC. When I change the system tray volume control lower than 5, then suddenly the audio cuts off. I tried a lot to overcome this issue but failed to do that. I enabled the motherboard sound device and after I that plugged the speakers to it at that time it was working fine. But without that it isn’t working. Is anyone aware about such issues? If yes then please do the needful.

After I read your post I came to know about the issue. The issue is not complicated. But before we proceed further to overcome the issue I would like to know some more information about your system. I would like to know about the operating system that is installed in your system. I also need information regarding video card and soundcard that is included in the system. After you provide me with this information only then I would be able to give you the necessary suggestions that you need to overcome the issue.

The issue that you have posted is not complicated. Very few people had discussed such issues with me earlier. I haven’t noticed such issues in my PC till now. I am quite unfamiliar with such issues but still I will try my level best to solve it if possible. To solve the issue I would recommend you to remove your speakers and attach headphone as an alternative for speakers. After that, check whether you are getting same issue in your system. Try this out and inform me about the consequences

It is quite an interesting issue that you have posted. I will definitely try my level best to help you out. Many people had encountered such issues before but it has been solved now. As you are not having enough technical knowledge that’s the reason you finding this issue even more complicated. To overcome the issue I would suggest you to re-install all the drivers. After that check the all the settings once again and disable all the soundcard enhancements. After you perform all the instruction that is mentioned then you won’t face such issues again.

I am aware about such issues. I also encountered such issues before in my system but I solved that issue. To overcome the issue I took out the SoundBlaster and enabled the integrated audio in the Setup menu. After that I downloaded and installed the drivers for the integrated audio. After the installation was complete I tested the sound in my system and it was working fine, there was no such issues that I faced previously. Try this solution in your system; I am sure that I will definitely help you out.
