Many of the options you have. There are really based on what you need. I can utilize a Zalman CNPS 10x flex fan / cooler. But without a fan, it allowed me then after I can choose my own fatal. This is one of the best of the best. If you are searching for extreme overclocking in the air - that is my advice. Big disadvantage: these, and parallel coolers are enormous. I expect you have a big case, spacious. There are other choices out there as well - for example Thermaltake Cooling, Cooler Master V8.

In that case, I would go with either the Gelid cooler, or a silent Zalman cooler marked – no require to go to any great if you do not sketch on overclocking. The nice part though, is that you have a case with ample space for large CPU coolers. So you can use the cooler. As you know about the cooler in the market lots of CPU cooler is available. But I want to suggest you that at least once you should search on the Google. I hope you will get more knowledge about the CPU cooler.

I would like to suggest you that before upgrading the CPU cooler. You should explore more about the CPU cooler. But and also you can follow the above post instruction. I had also upgraded the CPU cooler. But I had taken the suggestion with my brother. He had suggested me for using the Cooler Master V8. Then I’ll never face any problem with CPU cooler. So I am also you suggest for same thing. You can see about the Master V8. Then after you should upgrade it.

You should validate the CPU socket on the motherboard (LGA 1366 in your case) with those well-matched with the fan. With other things to note are rpm and fan size. These give a evaluate of the cooling it can provide. I consider the thermalright fan is bit pricy for the given specs. If you need a fan just about that price, the cooler master v8 recommended by coastie is the most excellent. It offers you much more than thermalright. Else you can select the Zalman that Rommel mentioned of. Both of them have high rpm, which may also add to more noise but the speed is controlled based on cpu temp. That means it will run at full only when required. Hence a stability between cooling and noise.
