    HS-1200 is not charging- need help

    I have used the Creative HS 1200 Wireless Gaming headset for the past months without any problems and only a few days ago it stopped functioning properly. I leave it charging, as soon as I remove the power cable, it starts beeping as if it were running out of battery. Today, the power cable stopped working as it's connected, plugged in the computer and in the headset, yet there is no red LED shining. This, coupled with the first problem, makes it impossible to use them and the annoying bleeping makes sure I also have to keep them shut down, leaving me with no audio. What can I do about this?

    Hello friends, while headset is plugged in, can you please try inserting a pin/paper clip in the reset button. It is the small hole that is located on the right ear cup? Press and hold it down for about 4-5 seconds. See if that makes a difference. This is not for sure that it will resolve the problem but still there are some more chances that it will help you get out of the issue. Please reply back if this solves the problem for you.

    You should check if the LED light on the receiver is blinking (otherwise in solid blue), try pressing the center button on the receiver for about 5-6 seconds. Press and hold down the button till the solid light blinks. When the receiver is blinking, this means that it is currently on pairing mode. Wait for it to turn solid. Solid blue light means that it is already paired. Close/Open your player and try playing music. If this doesn't work still, I suggest you go with the repair option since you are still within warranty.

    The primary thing that you require to check in the cases like this is that if it is under warranty or not. If you have this under warranty period then you need not to do anything to solve the problem. The only thing you will have to do is to contact the manufacturer or send it back directly to the manufacturer and they will resolve the issue for free as it is under warranty. This is the best way that I can recommend you at the time. I hope you will be out of the issue soon.

    I am also having the same issue. My headset was working perfectly for almost a year now. Now it will not charge. If I unplug it, it works for about 2 minutes and then it beeps at me. The light never becomes a solid blue indicating that theheadset is fully charged. I have used USB ports that are being used by other things to make sure it wasn't the USB port that failed, and it still doesn't charge. Please help us fix this problem.

    I have the same problem,after almost 2 months of enjoying it,last wednesday i was about to do voice chat with my kids i found out that the headset(HS-1200)wasnt working.so i i plug it to the charger and the red light came out,been charging it for the whole night but still not working,no beeping/red light wasnt change into blue,and if you remove it from the charging cord, red light turns off. creative lab,what we gonna do with it now?
