Designed to offer maximum power in complete silence, the new OCZ ModXStream Pro power supplies are the players and professionals. Articulated around two 12V rails, the ModXStream Pro offer a yield of 82% in current use, thus offering a very good compromise between power and energy requirements. They are cooled by a 140 mm fan that will be discreet in all circumstances. As their name suggests, these new power supplies are modular. Farewell to unnecessary cables lurking inside your box, you connect only what you need.

This PSU is 80 + certified power supply. The label 80 + and its versions (Standard, Bronze, Silver and Gold) recognizes the power supplies that consume less energy, ensuring lower power consumption, minimal noise and greater environmental friendliness. STANDARD certification demonstrates an energy greater than 80% effective when your power supports between 20% and 100% load.

The thing with this was that it would not be an Epsilon and all non-Epsilon OCZ for the last 2 years or so have been shocked and even beyond its specifications. This in particular is expected to continue that role over to achieve, but it was not. That does not mean you'll eat your system (quite the opposite, in fact), and the 70 some odd units I have reviewed the past and most have not won a prize. In short, we beat the hell out of them and this unit has come close to passing, and that did make it to the test # 4 every time you demand revised the package 40C is probably correct. 40C is a hell of a lot better would be 25C or devices based Epsilon, and the truth has been told that I have more confidence in this SIRTEC that a large part of Epsilon rebrands.
