Hello i want a gaming computer under 20,000

I am confused i want a gaming computer under 20k...........well i only want a CPU i think 20000 is enough i will need the following-
DDR2 or 3 Mother Board(with pci express connector and AMD)
Ati HD 5770(if possible)
amd x4 955 black edition(if possible)
4 GB ram(if possible)
450watt PSU(enough ?)
500 or 1 TB HDD(if possible)

Btw,the ati hd 5770 needs 450 Watt or greater power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended so, the mother board should be enough to fit this card into it

i want to play games like Crysis,Battle Field Bad Company 2 and modern warfare 2 at good FPS with nice settings
