Sony VGN-CR507E: DVD RW 7560A not functioning in windows 7

I have purchased a new Sony Vaio VGN-CR507E and installed vista. I had no troubles by means of the DVD RW in Vista, however from the time when upgrading to Windows 7 it won't function. The PC does identify it although. I also tried installing the previous vista driver as well as that did not work. Sony does not appear to have an update for this precise driver. Anybody be familiar with what I am able to do to resolve this trouble? I have an external LG DVD RW furthermore it works well. Appear to be somewhat in the driver as well as I have searched but cannot find one.If you have any solution regarding to this trouble please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your suggestion. On the other hand, I have tried each and every one of the suggestions as well as troubleshooters furthermore not anything worked. I do not recognize why windows identify the drive except it will not play anything. I place a DVD inside furthermore it state on the way to insert a DVD. I have checked that the settings are all accurate as well as updating the driver said I had the for the most part current driver. I be familiar with it is not a broken player for the reason that it worked well in Vista . Any further thoughts would be to a great extent appreciated.

This is the first place where I have look for the driver for Sony VGN-CR507E.
