Should pc fans be brand centric or size centric ?

I have got a desktop system, It had bought it around 2 years back , I had a dual core processor installed in my system, 320 hard drive on my intel chipset motherboard, but my system fan is not working right now so Wanted to ask that on what basis these system fans should be bought , should the brand should be the base or the rate per second speed of the fans , so please guide me how I can resolve my issue ?

If you ask me this question then I think you should go for a branded one rather than checking for all those speculations such as size and RPM , because once you consider the brand you will get all those , the only drawback is that you will have to pay a little more. but in case of any problem you can directly contact the support system and get your issue resolved.

Well I do not think that the pc fans should be bought on the basis of the RPM , because they are very poor means to calculate act and you cannot contrast if they have different fin structure As is CFM ratings and dB ratings. Why? Most manufacturers fancy to alter these numbers around and leave in order out. I would rather suggest you to buy a good brand.

If you are hunting for excellent fans that do not twist numbers if you do not want these type of twisting then you can go for Delta , they are are better in performance and quality , even Panaflo fall in the same category but if you choose Yate Loon m you will get it in the lower price but it will produce lot of unwanted noise after a certain amount of usage they do not perform up to the scratch.
