The Sims 3 Sound Cut Out

I just newly updated my graphic card and PSU. I play The Sims 3 pretty regularly and I noticed that after a while of playing the game will insulate or lag and the sound cuts off. This occurs even earlier than I made the upgrade to my computer, but I observe it once more last night while I was playing with my fresh setup. The weird thing is that if I disappear the game ON it will work during it and go back to regular but while it does every sound that were cut out during the lagging era play right earlier than it speeds backup. I have no thought what this could be. Does anybody have any ideas? Please give some suggestions and some information which helps me to sort out this issue.

Is it completely patched? Try to running it in compatibility mode that is on windows XP sp3. If you could, how long do you assume you can play earlier than the sound cuts out? Yes but only 1 thing I can inform you not anything wrong with your specs because I got the similar GPU you got and I play Sims 3 no troubles but I think u should boundary your FPS to 60 which attached lot of sound troubles in some games and again your trouble is simply concerning software. I have observed with the Radeon HD 5770 which the glooms seem pixilated in the daylight and have heard that several people are having the similar trouble, are you also have the same issue? As well if you would not mind can you inform me what ATI catalyst settings you utilize and what your settings are in the Sims 3 itself? Please reply something to solve this issue or I can say to help me……..

As you say you require settings of ATI catalyst, so here the settings:

1. Properties of Monitor
   
   • Numerous monitor - Extra monitor running in either extensive desktop mode or desktop duplication

2. 3D settings - such as Anti-aliasing and Anisotropic filtering

The CPU I got Athlon ii x4 630 2.8 but that doesn’t matter because I don’t think the game uses more than 2 cores. My catalyst situations are the default version 10.7. Sims 3 setting the whole thing on max expects shadow turn off and there was a setting says amount of buildings make at the similar time put it on 1 only and it is your home and AAx4 and since Sims 3 doesn’t have a perpendicular sync setting I downloaded an APP which permit you to turn sync on. It is Riva tuner and D3DOverrider comes with it so open D3DOverrider later than you install Riva tuner and enable sync and triple buffering, limiting your FPS would help allot that is all I am doing to run the game hopefully it works for you too.

Here I also want to add some additional or informative information related to this topic. The similar thing is occurrence to me. I sent the EA people an email and they reply back me a few troubleshooting instructions to attempt and fix it, but it did not work so they are going to struggle and find a different resolution; possibly you should send them an email as well.

I setup the Sims 3 on my laptop and the game itself runs okay but there is no sound! I have the volume turned up every the way and I can play sound and video clips online with no difficulty. I attempted re-installing the Sims to no benefit. It motionless does not effort! Any thoughts or any idea for what I should do? Please provide some information which helps me to solve this problem.
