Intel toolbox cannot run optimizer

I have an x25-v solid state drive and installed it with windows 7 operating system. I have installed the toolbox but it can't able to run optimizer on my computer system. Does anybody is aware of the same issue what I am facing? Do anybody have gone through the same kind problem, please help me out. Any help related to this topic will be appreciated. Same kind of problem I am facing. G2 disk is the most recent firmware and the toolbox still says not supported. I am running Window 7 operating system but I am attaching the disk to a SATA 3 controller on an Asus p6x58d-e motherboard in AHCI mode. It worked fine on earlier install, ATA mode, also Windows 7 so what’s the problem? The SATA 3 controller? Going to respond myself and facepalm a bit as I should have read a bit more. I think there is no need to run this optimizer when your system is in AHCI mode it appears that.

Can you give more information of your toolbox? Which toolbox version you are using on your solid state device? This information of the toolbox version will help me to give you proper suggestion such that you can able to remove the same problem form your system and can able to run the optimizer on my computer system.

I am using the 1.3.version of toolbox into my computer system I hope this one is the latest toolbox as per my information. But most of the people suggest me that the same 1.3.version of toolbox has no problem with their computer system they are able to run the optimizer on their system. If you have another solution to run the optimizer on my system please suggest me.

I have the X25-V 40GB and I have tried to use toolbox 1.3 without success, nothing was selectable. I have then upgraded the firmware to 2CV102HD, still nothing in have changes to version 1.3. I have then installed version 2.01, but I am still unable to choose the drive, the display just refreshes and there is no alternative is available. Using this drive on an Asrock Penryn1600SLI-110DB with NVIDIA NFORCE chipset. I have solved this problem but again the same problem had occurred to me, I believe that you must try this to solve your problem.

I consider that this is a problem with solid state drive Toolbox version 2.0 and not the definite drive. The error appears to put forward that the solid state drive Optimizer identifies all x25-version as containing 50 nm NAND chips the x25-version with 50 nm NAND does not maintain TRIM in spite of the second generation versions of this drive including the 32nm NAND flash chips and supporting the TRIM. Unfortunately I cannot discover a duplicate of solid state drive Toolbox v1.3 to examination of this theory.
