Due to power fluctuations , my hard disk gone crashed. All the files became inaccessible. I didn't know much about data recovery services near New Jersery.

Can you post the error code that you are receiving while running the hard drive? You can try to use a Startup floppy to try to read the contents of your HDD, if you can, then use a:>sys c: a: to copy the system files from the floppy to the c: drive. You can also use mbrtool to do this by putting the file onto a boot floppy.

When i switch on my system a blue screen will appears.
