Samsung LED UN55B7100 Potential Firmware 1017 Issue

Hi there, I am having Samsung LED UN55B7100 Potential Firmware 1017 Issue Actually the i have downloaded the Firmware update of the UN55B7100 led TV and after that my TV is not responding. I am unable to use the TV. So if any one is having the solution for the same then let me know about it. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I wanted to asked something to you. Did you downloaded and installed the latest driver of the PC video card? If not then i am advising you to have a download for the same.Also check whether the resolution that you are using is supported by the device TV or not. To check that refer to the user manual. I hope this will help you.

I think that there might be the issue with the connection only. So i am advising you to have a look to the connection between the device. And also change then HDMI port to another port which might be causing the issue with the same. So try the above said thing and see whether you are getting any solution of it or not.

I have tried both the thing that is suggested by the above reply but let me tell you that the did not resolved my issue and i am still unable to watch the TV it is still blank. Need more advise for this issue.

In that case i think you have to test to downgrade the same. As this problem is came in existence after the upgrade of the firmware then i am advising you to downgrade the firmware version and then check whether problem is still available or not. If downgrade is not having the issue then it is sure that there might be the problem with the Firmware only.

I will suggest you to discuss the problem of your with the dealer or the provider of your device. As the Samsung is the Manufacturer of the LED UN55B7100 so they might be aware of the issue with the firmware update so if possible then contact the Samsung Tech Support about the issue and they will help you in advance.

I think you are right as I am unable to find the solution of the same here then it is better to take the help from the Samsung which might help me with the proper solution and result. Anyways many thanks to all of you for showing your effort for the problem that i am going through. I will update the post if found any solution.
