Hey I think there is some problem in your SATA drivers and BIOS and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to check for error in the BIOS setting and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to download the latest drivers for your Motherboard to fix this problem. You can get these from the Manufacturer's website.

I think you have to use following steps to get rid out of this problem.
You have to disable "write caching on the device" to fix this problem.
First open device manager -> Now right click on the the hard disk and then select properties -> Now in the Policies tab, unchecked the "enable write caching on the device" option -> now repeat the same process for other hard disk.

First check that whether your the drives power cables and controller cables are connected or not. Just make sure that it is plug properly. Are you receiving any error message. I think you have to perform Event Viewer to get more information about your problem. You can go to the following link for more information:

First check that whether you have latest chipset drivers for your computer. If after installing proper drivers if you are getting such type of problem, then you have to check for your hard disk connection. Just make sure that all connections are proper or not. Just try to change cable and see you get the same problem or not.

I think there is some problem in your motherboard and hard-disk connection and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case just disconnect your computer from the power and then disconnect your hard-disk from your computer and then plug it properly. After that plug your computer to the power and turn on your computer. Now you will not get any problem.
