Printer Need for DWG file

I require to buy A3+ size colour inkjet printer for architectural use. Files will be "Plans" in Dwg format as well as "photos" in PDF / JPG format. Input files may be of the size 8-12 Mb. I am looking for speed in the range of 15 - 20 pages per minute. I will be more keen on network printer.

Can any one suggest the best suited model in India for me.

It does has very many features I am looking for. But I guess two things are stopping me from ordering it. One is NO NETWORK SUPPORT and second (not of exterme importance) is it is not compatible with Windows 7 OS.
