Hello to all,
I have recently bought a cool new MacBook pro which has Mac OS X installed in it. I unable to connect my Samsung ML-1710 printer to my Mac OS X. I tried various method but none of them worked out. I think Mac OS X requires drivers of that printer to work properly. Please help me to get samsung ML-1710 driver for Mac OS X.

Hey you haven't specify which operating system you are using. It means there are two types of OS like Mac OS 10.1, Mac OS 10.2 and Mac OS 10.3.
I have give you drivers file as per your OS. Just select as per you OS.
Mac OS 10.1 ~ 10.2 Print Driver,SPL (ver.2.5)
Mac OS 10.3 Print Driver (ver.0.97)
Mac OS 8.6 ~ 9.2 Print Driver (ver.1.66)

As per my information there is no Samsung ML-1710 driver for Mac OS X. But you can try following drivers.]
1. HP LaserJet 4/4M Postscript
or
2.HP LaserJet 5MP Driver.
These are universal driver and they work fine as they are laser printer.

You have to install Mac driver in your computer to fix this problem. The Mac driver is on the installation CD provided with your printer. As per my knowledge 20040211161432640_Installation_V2.5_SPL.sitis the Samsung ML1710 Driver for Mac OS. It is released in the February 11, 2004. It is 2 MB in size. To get this driver click at the following link.

If your printer is not listed above, your printer is Mac compatible. The Mac driver is on the installation CD provided with your printer.
