HP scanner not responding on the Windows 7

Hi there, I have a problem with the windows 7 which i have recently installed on my system replacing the older version of the operating system. I am having HP LaserJet 3050 scanner which was workings fine with the Windows XP but after the upgrade of the Windows 7 it is not responding that is little bit frustrating and i don't know how to resolve the same. Can any one help me with the same. So that i can get rid of this issue. Thanks in advance.

Have upgraded your device driver that will make the device to run with the compatibility of the Windows 7. If not then first download the latest version of the driver and install it on your system. Because the Windows 7 is the new release from the Microsoft which sometime shows the laziness to run the older product. So its better to upgrade the driver and then restart the PC to check that your device is working or not. Thanks

Yeah thats true you need to upgrade the driver for the Windows 7 so go the HP site and look for the driver of the same. It is the best place to get the driver of the HP product You can also download the same by the link given below. That will help you to to directly to download page. I will suggest you to check the connection once. This could be possible that your connection is not set properly or got loose because of some reason. So unplug all the connection from the PC and then reconnect the all connection once again properly. But make sure that you first switch off the power from the computer and then only do the same otherwise you will get the shock. Bye

Hey i think that during the time of the up gradation Windows 7 fails to install the driver of the same by some reason. So do one thing uninstall the HP from the system and then after the downloading the new driver install it on your system. I hope this will help you to resolve you the same.
