Surround Sound and Blue ray does not work on Acer Arcade

I have Acer lap top, 8930G the arcade deluxjust and now i have installed a windows 7 on it. It seems like that the empowering tech and surround sound and bluray are not working on my machine. Why this has happened on widows 7 because i was using the same thing on windows xp earlier.

As you said that you have installed the windows 7 on your laptop recently so i would suggest you to check that have you installed the drivers for the corresponding device. Usually the sound does not work in windows because of sound driver only. You may try reinstalling the sound drivers that you have. And windows 7 will not going to support all the kind of drivers, so be careful while you install it.

There is big problem for windows 7. Here you will get sad by knowing that blue ray is not supported by windows 7. So there you have no choices to have it on you laptop. But that does not mean you can not do the same work which can be done by blue ray. You may use some other third party software to do your work. There is a Power DVD which works on windows 7 perfectly so it might solve your problem.

It may happen that the windows 7 Operating system you are using is a trial version or it does not have proper license. None of this is the case with you then try reinstalling the windows 7 drivers. If drivers are also installed with no erorrs then You only have 1 way to make it working. Just Reinstall the windows 7.
