Problem with Intellipoint7.0 for Intellimouse in Windows 7

hello, Before 20 to 25 days i have bought a Intellimouse for which i downloaded the intellipoint7.0 . Till today it was working perfectly fine due to some problems in its working i have deleted the driver intellipoint7.0 . I thought that i have cleared it from the core of my computer but when i try to install it again, I got the error message like first uninstall the intellipoint7.0 . Now i am stuck in between installing it and uninstalling it. Can anybody help me to install it again ?

This looks like you do not have a good software cleaning software. For cleanup of the software " Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp utility " is the best tool i have ever seen. Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp utility do not remove the software from the core of your computer but it will allow you to install the same software again. So i suggest you to download this utility software from the microsoft's support website.

As it is the problem with the drivers then i would be suggesting only the automated cd for installing the drivers for windows 7. As it installs all the drivers automatically so you would not be having any problems to install it. If the driver you are asking for is already present there then it will ask you to uninstall it then do that also. This cd will give you only chances to click OK or Cancel so it will become more easier to you.

You can uninstall it manually but you have to take a strong back up of your important files. then you may follow these steps.
    1. Go to C:\Program Files folder.
    2. If IntelliPoint folder is there, then delete it by right clicking.
    3. Click on the Start Button go to Run and type " msconfig " then press enter.
    4. Go to the "Services" tab, if you find IntelliPoint service existing, then uncheck it, or it would be in gray.
    5. Go to the "Startup" tab and uncheck IntelliPoint.
