Acer travelmate 5730 black screen

My acer travelmate 5730 stop responding after charging its battery. When i start it suddenly display black screen. I tried to go in safe mode, change resolution but no fix...

Have your recently installed new RAM on your acer travelmate 5730 or done anything with your RAM . That might be the problem if you installed new RAM which is faulty or not supported by your system.

Try to disconnect the baterry pack & remove the memory ram wait for 2 minutes & insert the memory ram and hold down the power button for around 60seconds. This will release any excess charge built up in the machine. Put the power back in and turn on. That's it. You can also then of course replace the battery.

If you are certain the battery is charged and working then it might be some other hardware issue with the motherboard.A thick line, or a large black (dead) bar all the way across or up and down the screen usually indicates that the ribbon connector is partially worked of the LCD panel or the mainboard.
