I recently got Acer 5570z, the problem i when i turn on my laptop it start booting process for but after 10 seconds it shows black screen. I can't boot from safe mode.. I have installed windows xp on my computer.

It might be windows xp causing this. Have you tried repairing windows xp? There could be a problem on the hardware or software of your laptop.

Sounds like the MBR on your hard drive is being corrupted or it may be ram problem, Try taking the ram out and then putting back in laptop. A missing/corrupted file can also create this kind of issue...

It could be a combination of problems, such as a drive with faulty sectors and a graphics card problem. Remove AC Power and then Remove Battery from Laptop. Go into the bios Setup while booting to check to see if the boot order is correct.
