Samsung SCX-4521F prints left side of page only

Just started doing this:
Print (from copy, email, word program, anything) is black at the left margin and gradually fades to nothing as it gets to the right margin.

I tried:
- realign cartridge
- checked cartridge and it is not near empty at all
- did drum clean several times

Any suggestions?

If you are printing an email for some reason it will just print on one side of the page. If you use the Hewlett-Packard (HP) Draftmaster II plotter and a device option other than ColorPro, the plotter prints in the upper-left section of the page only. Text lines may start to wrap on the middle of the page, rather than the right margin, and graphics may print in a smaller size than specified. Look at your properties before you print. They have probably been saved as a doubled sided printing as the default. Change it back to single.
