Tohsiba Satellite P25 Media Center user guide

    Hi,
I had received a non working Tohsiba Satellite P25 laptop. The laptop has some Windows problem. Now the guy want to sell it out. So here I am stating the complete problem. If this problem is curable then I can get the Laptop on scrap value. The first problem is when I boot the laptop it turns off automatically. The bios screen flashes up and then nothing comes. I think I can format it and make it work. So where can I get the drivers of this notebook. If possible can anyone provide the user manual also. Thanks in advance.

It is upto you to decide weather you want to buy or not. Because you do not know that does the Laptop only has a hardware or software issue. The best way will be formatting the computer. Insert windows disk format it and load new windows in it. Then make it work for some time. If there is a hard drive issue then Windows will not load up and show you a hard ware error at the booting time. Second thing you can physically observe the condition of machine to get an brief idea of it.

The Laptop is suitable for daily use. The factory model comes with 3.0 Intel Pentium 4 process with 1 gigs for RAM. the ram type is DDR SDRAM and 80 Gb hard drive. The laptop has Microsoft XP Media Center Edition. Other than this it has Microsoft Works, Sonic Prime Time, InterVideo WinDVD Creator Plus, Notebook Maximizer, Intuit Quicken New User’s Edition 2003, Norton AntiVirus 2003, etc. The size of laptop is bit larger. But it comes with tons of high end services and features. The model is fine and you use if it is working. Remove the battery and turned it on directly by using the AC Adapter. May the battery would be faulty due to which is getting off frequently.

You can get the manual of Laptop on the official site. The site also offers you drivers and other information. It is a portable media center pc with additional features. I will recommend you to collect the CD's of laptop which will consist of a Windows and other software's. The Laptop also supports latest games and comes with relatively good speed. The hard drive space is low. It comes with 80Gb disk so you need to upgrade that one.
