What is a CableCard. How can I get it and What is the requirement for the same. I had heard that they are very costly. Why cable cards are so costly. If I get one then I can install it at my own. I have see it on internet it is more like a card which can read digital signals. But never saw anyone using it. Who provides cablecards does we have to purchase it or it comes under some scheme.
