problems reading various commercial dvds

i have a plextor px-820sa drive and its roughly 11months old and it is now just starting to give me problems reading dvd movies i buy i am looking for a solution if anyone knows this problem and how to fix

so far i have tried to clean with a dvd cleaner dic and blow the drive out

still no luck on reading some of my movies

Check that your disk that you are trying to read is in proper condition try to clean disk check here Remove Scratches From CDs/DVD without a Game Doctor now for rom if lens is bad then you have to replace that ...

OK. I guess it might be a wear and tear problem.Any hardware device should have be like this.So the problem i can guess here is the normal optical lens or laser issue.So a replacement can fix the problem
