Is 4350 better then a 3650

I am planing to buy video card for my pc. After searching on internet decided to buy ASUS EAH4350 . But my friends told me EAH3650 is better then ASUS EAH4350. Now i am confuse Can you tell me which is better 4350 or 3650 ?
