HP Pavilion a767c

I have a hp pavilion a767c which was working fine until today. I opened it and cleaned out the dust built up but made sure not to disconnect anything. Now when I try to turn it on it will not boot.The power cord is connected but the green light in the back is blinking and not staying lit. Any idea what might be wrong? Any help is appreciated.

• Is the SMPs ok for the power supply
• Check the RAM and Video card beep sound , long beep it is RAM and continues it is Video card
• Clean your ram , Clear the bios.
• Remove the CMOS battery or short the jumber for any setting in BIOS start the ssytem.
• Remove all the cables connecting motherboard leaving SMPS power supply to Mother board

Check your power supply first, if it is proper then check whether the fan is working, the fan of a laptop is very delicate if you move it manually then it may loose its barring and may not be work and because of which your laptop may not be working, if this kind of problem is there then it would be better if you take your laptop to the customer center, because you cannot do anything to solve the problem.
