It depends upon the seller which Operating System he is offering with the desktop. However, now I dont think that there any brand that provides desktop/laptop with preloaded XP. XP days are gone now. Almost all of new computers come with Vista versions only. You may get the assembled computers or may install XP later in the branded computers.
