Unable to open my CD/DVD Drive

Hello Guys,

I badly need your help.I bought ACER Aspire 2920Z. right now i have a got problem of opening the cd/dvd drive. I am unable to open the Drive through button pressing or from my computer by clicking eject.
any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to get the small green light that is near to the CD drive ?
If yes, then the internal processing of the CD drive (reading,writing) is fine.

Just try to tap once or twice after pressing the cd-drive button....
This normally works because sometimes the drive physically gets blocked inside
