    PC does not start

    when i start PC the Screen remain Black, no display of the BIOS. (the blackout came gradually. before that, it displays the bios and hangs, or run Windows XP and crashed. But for several days he does nothing.

    PC config : Pentium 4 LGA775, 4.34 533 Mhz, RAM 1020 mb under windows XP

    Can anyone know whats the problem ?

    The only track that seems likely is a bad isolation of the motherboard or a component, check that no components hits the box by putting the motherboard to ground. But it seems to me that the failure is mostly electrical but this can be confirmed by a test shop.

    motherboard provider said that equipment was used but fully tested. He added that if the cooling system was very well fitted to the processor, the motherboard will not start.

    It is a thermal setting of the processor power of it was cut by the temperature sensor to prevent deterioration thereof. Origin therefore improper assembly.
