where to buy TP-link/D-link product?

I'm a network administrator of a 50~100 company, which router and switch are suitable for our company?

the two brands of product are listed in the following pages.

I want the router support: VPN,NAT/NAPT,static route,Built-in firewall,IM/P2P control,DHCP Server and Client, SNTP etc.

I have gone through the Link provided, and i think from the D-Link router you may go for Anyone of the Business gateways and from the TP-Link i will suggest TL-R4299G from Load Balance Broadband Router or TL-R4199G from the Enterprise Broadband Router, But still i suggest this from their individual specification but It would be also necessary for you to check your Requirement,and the requirement you have provided here seems to be very limited so if possible please mention you requirements properly.
