Front Panel jack Inoperative!

Hello all,
Today I tried to use the revenue audio headphone and microphone front panel jack, but do not work. I had opened that to check and i seems that everything in its place, as the cable cod of was attached to the motherboard.
I have also enabled the entries in the bios for the front panel who were in the car.
When I put a jack behind the case, it notes immediately, while front seems dead. I have a ASRock K10N78FullHD-hSLi 3.0,We generally do not use those before, but I think once worked.

I do not have a solution but let me give you know if you found one, as I too have incurred in your same problem. Only that I also aggravating that the audio output is back as if it were not amplified (for instance, it is as if the speaker does not stick to any amplified sound source, that is something you hear but at a low level extensibility). Exclude the breaking of some component because, if a fund linked and when you play any one thing, I try to exclude audio through windows (including Realtek program), music, for example, continues to feel, but feels little. And as if the sound is not managed more.
