    Sound card not recognized after formatting

    I want to activate in order to gain recognition in the software audacity. I do not know why it does not appear, I have 2 microphones that appear before formatting I did one. I have the latest drivers for my sound card therefore.it is true that I do not quite understand ?

    Hi, can be taken to acknowledge in your facade in addition to the one at the rear. it explains the 2 microphones or you have a webcam with a microphone taken into account ..

    it is on a laptop and indeed the two micro micro correspond to "talk" and a headphone jack. plus but I do not see why the sound card no longer appears.

    must find the audacity adaptation of software to your sound card and not the reverse, because your sound card is well integrated in your device manager if it works! and that in this case it is not serious and perhaps even normal, not to see in the taskbar. It is not too normal that we enable or disable the sound card as it does with a USB key (if I understood).

    in fact, under vista, the sound card is automatically disabled ". I disabled in quotes because in reality it works very well but it does not appear in recording devices available as described above.
    This is to prevent recording the sound which leaves his card with a program like audacity, because it is possible to record music on Deez as (among others) and is therefore akin to piracy although it is legal .

    it is possible that there is something that I have not seen in audacity, I check again ... but I doubt
