I communicate with you because I was a problem with my Epson Stylus Color 480 printer, when you try to print a document on my computer is shown in the EPSON STATUS MONITOR which is software that displays the information of the status of the printer and prints, no prints and shows me a message "An error has occurred deconcentration DISCONNECT YOUR PRINTER AND CONTACT THE SERVICE CENTER FOR EPSON", those must be the problem, how can I fix it already I needed to print a job.
