Can't play the games at 30fps

I use to play games a lot on high settings and normally gets a 30-40fps early at the mid stages which starts to drop as I move further. Can somebody help me to know where I am lacking behind and what should I do in order to play at 30fps through entire game.

I recommend you to buy a new processor, may be an Intel one, to get full 30fps speed throughout the game.

According to me frame rate depends on your monitor and not processor. I would say buy a new larger monitor.
