    It depends own your self as per your interest. Because if you don't take interest in any of the field you joining you can't study with the worlds best university. So first try to decide weather you have interest in which field then try to find the best college for it.

    I completely agree with Zimic. Any branch of engineering is good if you are interested in that branch. If you have a neutral choice, then figure out in which field you are comfortable with for e.g - electric circuitry(electrics), semiconductor, capacitors, inductors(electronics) or programming, designing, testing(computer science) and choose the branch accordingly......
