hi .......... please send me the general studies questions......
Actually, at present, there are no general studies question paper available at the moment for the Indian Airforce EKT examination. You can try to gather information from all other users who have given exams for the same subject in the meanwhile. You can also try to download the previous question papers from the first post of this thread.
hi , . . . this is aditi . . .one of the EKT aspirants . . .
hey you referred about Ranee Publications EKT book . . . had you purchased it ? ? ?
what study material s you refer apart from text books , did you find the book of use ? ? ? . . . .
I'm new to the group. I want to know when the next ekt is going to be for the year 2010. Also do i have to be really good in the field i opt for ? Though i've done BE ece , i'm not quite strong in the basics. how tough is it to get thru ?
I guess every other ekt exams are held in the month of october last week. And for the field, it is upon your interest whether you want to join the Indian Airforce or the navy. EKT has two parts, namely, Part A- General Engg, and Part B-Specialised paper for each engg discipline so candidates must pass in both general and specialized papers to qualify for further testing.
dear sir,
I am a student who is pursuing Btech 3rd year.Do I have any chance to enter into the INDIAN air force through UES.Please guide me sir
Hi ramyaraki,
I have heard that if you are in your pre-final year of engineering, you can join the Indian Air Force through the University Entry Scheme. You will be entitled to a stipend during your final year. UES Candidates granted Provisional Short Service Commission under UES for Permanent Commission will entitled to a stipend, only after successful completion of traning, which is equivalant to minimum of basic pay of a Flying Officer (Excluding allowance) during the final year period, payable in lump sum at the end of training. The basic pay of a Flying Officer is Rs. 8250/- per month. The University Entry scheme is open only for men. Only men can use this mode of entry to apply to the Indian Air Force.
