Different institutes offering MCA degree have different prerequisites for the entrance qualifications. But a graduate with 50-60% marks in the last qualifying exam along with Maths at +2 level or/and graduation may apply in majority of institutes.

Yes, you can do MCA. Any Graduate can do MCA. but why you want to go for MCA. You have done B.sc. So go for M.sc i think this is Best option.

No, you need to clear all exams so that you can get the certificate of MCA. If you are failed in any of the subjects then you wont be given any certificate which is usually important aspect of paper for the proof needed and without it you cant appear for MCA certified categories of job, so try to clear every subjects, all the best.

yes offcourse you can do MCA after completing BMS. But make sure you score minimum 45% to get eligible for the Entrance exam of MCA. For more info, check out this official site of Maharashtra MCA.
