Outlook Animations in messages

Prior to installing Windows 7 I was using Windows XP so for my previous emails I was using Outlook Express.

So now that I am using windows 7 I am using Outlook 2007 for emails. I see that my animations are no longer working. I use them as I breed and show dogs so I have my own specialist background as well as animated scrolling text, and dogs. I also have them wagging their tails and tongues. So am dissapointed I am not able to find were to alter settings. I am told by some computer Technicians its possible to work around this and get my animations to work if I alter security settings. Does anyone out there no how to do this? I would really appreciate this if help is forthcoming.
