How do I get Windows Vista to support Hebrew fonts

I have a friend who lives in Israel. I would like to send a file via email. I am using Outlook for my emails. But the problem here is that he do not understand English very much. He knows only how to open emails and downloads the attachment. So I want to send the file in Hebrew language so that he can understand it in a much better way. But I am unable to use Hebrew on my Windows Vista computer. How do I get Vista to support Hebrew fonts?

Simply follow the below steps for adding new Fonts in Windows Vista:
    1. Download Hebrew fonts.
    2. Click on "Start", then "Control Panel", then "Appearance and Personalization" and then "Fonts".
    3. You will find "System’s fonts" folder. Right click on empty place and click "Add fonts".
    4. Go to your new font files.
    5. You can also preview each font style by highlighting them. Install the new font files by clicking on Install.
    6. Make sure you have selected Copy fonts to fonts folder, so that you can manage all the font files easily.

Windows Vista already includes support for Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Hebrew and Arabic. I think you have not seen this before or know hot to use it. Just open the Fonts list window and search for the Hebrew font style. You will definitely find it somewhere. Or else you can also install it as said before.

The Hebrew text is provided by Microsoft in Office Word for Windows files (Word 2007, 2003 and 2002). You can even type your matter over there and once done just copy paste the content from Word to Outlook or attach the file to your email. I think there shouldn't be any problem in this.
